Website Care is intended for routine maintenance, basic health review, and small content changes. It is not an unlimited development retainer.
Included monthly time does not roll over unless a written service agreement says otherwise. Larger changes, redesigns, new pages, integrations, incident recovery, or custom development are quoted separately or billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Third-party platform, hosting, domain, plugin, theme, application, and licensing fees remain the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.
Deliverables
- Routine platform, plugin, or dependency updates where applicable
- Availability and basic site health review
- Backup verification where the selected platform supports customer-managed backups
- Up to 30 minutes of minor content changes per month
- Basic issue triage during normal support availability
- Maintenance notes when material changes are made
