Managed Website Care adds a more active support relationship for clients who expect regular changes, want periodic analytics review, or prefer priority handling for routine website needs.
Included monthly time does not roll over unless a written service agreement says otherwise. New features, major redesigns, custom integrations, incident recovery, and substantial development remain separate projects or are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Third-party platform, hosting, domain, plugin, theme, application, and licensing fees remain the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

- Backup verification where supported by the selected platform
